Roll Cutting is ten times faster than sawing pipe and is the simplest, most economical method for production cutting of tube and pipe.

Our roll cutting machines are noiseless, and generates little heat, dust or abrasive sparks. Because the Rabbit tool "Rotates" the stock, the cut edge is always square to the bore of the pipe - just like cutting with a lathe.

Choose the correct tool for your purpose. We have Roll Cutting machines that can cut 1/4" to 12" size pipe diameters. Typical cycle times for cutting pipe is between 1/2 and 10 seconds depending on the diameter of the pipe being cut. All the Rabbit Chip-Less Roll Cutting machines can be set up either as Manual or Semi-Automatic Roll Cutting & Grooving Machines.
